Her digital marketing firm, N6TV, and other entrepreneurial endeavors make her an interesting mix. Through N6group.ca, she offers a variety of services, including website development, website design, and website management, as well as event promotions and event management.

Additionally, she has worked with a variety of international brands, helping them navigate the often complicated world of internet.

Khan is passionate about something for a good cause. She provides volunteer services to the Indus hospital foundation as a way of contributing to society. She has been doing it for years now.

In honor of the charity organizations, Nishi Khan organized a free event as part of the community program. Additionally, the event was organized to raise enough funds to provide basic needs for those in need, including food, clothes, and shelter.

A major feat of hers was to detect and screen women for breast cancer at an early stage. Besides training healthcare workers on the topic, she was awarded appreciation certificates by the directorate of the general health of Oman.
